There are no bad weather days, just wrong wardrobe choices.  After the Super Bowl, get ready for your own Reality Health competition. 

This is me last week in State College PA on a trail in a forested area that also serves as part of a water reclamation project. Water is sprayed and the forest and some crops help cleanse it. When it gets cold, it looks other worldly, with ice coating everything.

 Even on a cold winter day, if you dress with enough layers and cover up properly, some of the most peaceful and beautiful walks can happen in silent and gorgeous surroundings.  After the COVID and the football season, and the Olympics, its time to get off the couch and start to move and enjoy the outdoors again.  You don’t get fit watching elite athletes. The real competition is to stay active, social, and fit in this challenging time.   We created the Reality Health Games to educate, motivate and reward you.  I challenge you to surpass me on the leaderboard!
