Positive affirmations are positive statements that help you overcome negative thoughts 

A healthy mindset will go a long way to helping you overcome trying circumstances

Staying positive does not mean things will turn out okay. Rather, it means knowing that YOU will be okay no matter how things turn out.”

The first step in preparing for a future stressful event is to make a list of positive things you can tell yourself to talk you down:Use the words “I am”Use the present tenseKeep it brief and specificKeep it positive
