🌍 TRADITION

Kaklo is a traditional fried snack in Ghana made from cornmeal and spices. It is often eaten with groundnuts or spicy sauce and enjoyed as a quick street food.

🛒 INGREDIENTS

  • Cornmeal
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Chili powder
  • Onion
  • Vegetable oil

🍲 RECIPE

  • Mix cornmeal, water, salt, chili, and onion
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Scoop mixture into oil
  • Fry until golden brown
  • Drain excess oil and serve
