My Healthy Globe, Inc. (“My Healthy Globe,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) operates the https://theforceforhealth.com/ website and The Force for Health® Network mobile applications, including the 360° Force for Health® Academy (collectively, the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and deletion of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from https://theforceforhealth.com/
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Personal Data

User location information is accessed by the app but is not stored or retained by us.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or for as long as required by applicable law. When a retention period expires, or when you request deletion, we delete the data or irreversibly de-identify it so it can no longer be linked to you.
Our retention periods are as follows:

| Cookies | Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Preference and security cookies expire no later than 13 months after they are set. |
| Backup and disaster-recovery copies | Backups are rotated on a rolling schedule and any personal data contained in them is fully purged within 90 days of deletion from our live systems. |
| Records we are legally required to keep (e.g., transaction, tax, or accreditation records) | For the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted. |
Inactive accounts. If an account remains inactive for 36 consecutive months, we will notify you at the email address on file and, unless you reactivate the account, delete the account and its associated personal data.
You may request deletion of your account and your personal data at any time, free of charge. There are two ways to do this:

Send an email to pr*****@***************th.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data deleted. If you cannot email us from your account address, we will ask you a small number of questions to verify your identity before we act on the request.

Your account credentials, name, email address, profile information, step count and activity history, incentive and reward history, course progress and submissions, support correspondence, and any content you posted that identifies you.
What we may retain after deletion, and why
Deleting your account is permanent. Once deletion is complete we cannot restore your account, your progress, or your earned incentives.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
My Healthy Globe will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf, are bound by written agreements, are prohibited from using it for any other purpose, and are required to delete or return it when their engagement ends.
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
