Welcome to My Cardio Girl Club, where we support and encourage 13-24 year old girls, along with women of all ages to do 3 main things to better know their own heart health and blood:
- KNOW your BLOOD
- MOVE your BLOOD
- GIVE your BLOOD
Are you ready to start saving lives, while protecting the gift of wellbeing for yourself, too?
This is a club co-hosted by TEAM LIZZIE BELL, a project of the John P. Bell Family Foundation, and a portion of net proceeds will benefit their mission of education and support for families, caregivers and patients with long, term pediatric care needs.
