MEMBER DATABASE | The Member Database is the heart of the Chamber Nation system. It allows an organization to track member information, report on it, grant or deny access to the members' area, send emails to the members, and more.

TRACK MEMBER | The Chamber Nation system makes it very easy to stay in touch with your members and track all your conversations with that member. The MMS allows you to setup a reminder to contact a member in the future. |
MEMBER PROSPECTOR | Member Prospector has been created specifically for the Chamber of Commerce industry to help them educate prospective members on the value of membership. As prospects are informed about the value of membership and they receive the electronic educational pieces, it's easy to change their status and track them until you are ready to press the "convert to member" button. |
CRM | The CRM System is used to track your contact (interaction) with members and prospects. With this tool, you can record your emails, visits, and phone calls with your members and prospects. You can also report on these contacts. |
PROJECT AND COMMITTEE MANAGEMENT | The Projects/Committees module is a great way to create sub-groups within your membership. Members and admins can be a part of any Project/Committee that you set up. These Project/Committee groups have access to their own file archive, message board, and broadcast email system. Projects/Committees can be set up for a number of different occasions. Leave a Project/Committee unrestricted to start a volunteer campaign, or start a specific group for your board or action committee. |
LEGISLATIVE ACTION CENTER | You are able to edit and maintain a list of legislators; this is done from within Member Database Admin. The "House Members" and "Senate Members" are two special record types that you will see in the view drop-down. |

BROADCAST | The Broadcast Email Message feature allows an Admin to send a simple email to the entire member database, or to a selected few members. The Admin is presented with a menu to "send new message" or to "re-send/add recipients" to a message already sent. In addition to the Broadcast Message system, the MMS is setup to send out a variety of other emails (event invitations, survey emails, etc.). For all these tools to work, it is essential to have an accurate and up-to-date email list. To make this easier, we provide a Bounced Email report. |
DRIP MARKETING | Our Drip Marketing System is the best way to keep your members engaged with your organization. Drip Marketing campaigns are basically a set of emails on a timeline. When an event occurs for a member (such as signing up or renewing) the member will automatically start their Drip Marketing Campaign. It also works for other triggers like when a prospect is interested in learning about membership. |
NEWSLETTER EDITOR | The MMS offers a modern drag-and-drop newsletter editor that allows an organization to edit and publish an electronic newsletter. The newsletter is then stored on your site, and emailed out to your members if you so desire. |

Multipost allows to you create a single post, and then post it to multiple social networks in one step. The format of the mobile dynamic calendar is very flexible and customizable, allowing for multiple list-type formats and a flexible grid (calendar style) format. Registrants can select booths, upload their logo/picture, and see what others booths have been taken and by whom. When creating a booth map, you can create booths of different shapes, sizes and colors on the grid. You are also able to add a background image, such as the floorplan of the conference hall and overlay your booth grid. |

After placing the ad you will be given the option to associate the ad with a category search. For example a Doctor can have advertising at the top of the medical category, and a restaurant can have an ad at the top of the dining category. |
"THINGS TO DO" CENTER | Typically Chambers of Commerce like to promote their communities as areas where there are fun things to do. We think doing this shouldn't cost extra and the module is fully integrated into your membership management system. |
